Step 1

In a large bowl, soak the seaweed salad mix in cold water for 5 minutes or according to the package directions.

Drain and transfer to a serving bowl.
Step 4
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until lightly golden.

In a small bowl, combine the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, scallion, and toasted sesame seeds.
Step 6
Pour the dressing over the seaweed and toss to thoroughly combine.
Step 7
Serve.
