Instructions
Step 1
1. In a pan over medium heat, put in your olive oil and wait till heated. Then add the amount of tomatoes you’d like with any seasonings. While the tomatoes start to get soft, mince two cloves of garlic and add to pan once you see the tomatoes have some bursts. Then cook to desired softness.
Step 2
2. Once tomatoes are almost done cooking add the clove of garlic still in the shell and cook till soft. Remove all ingredients from pan including oil and put in a bowl to slightly cool.

3. Cut your baguette in half or how ever much you want and then cut it half length wise, Toast your desired amount of baguette in the same pan with enough oil to get good crunch and browning. Once done put on a plate.

4. Mix you’re needed amount of cream cheese with your desired seasonings and the clove of garlic still in the shell. Squeeze garlic out of shell and mince it and add to cream cheese. Mix together.
Step 5
5. Spread cream cheese mixture on toast evenly and then place the tomatoes nicely. Once finished add a little bit of the left over oil and sprinkle some basil on top and serve!
