Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
2. Place the tomatoes, garlic & shallots on a lined baking sheet
Step 3
3. Bake for 40 minutes
Step 4
4. Once cooled, add the tomatoes and shallots to a blender and squeeze the garlic cloves out into the blender
Step 5
5. Pour in the milk & blend until smooth
Step 6
6. Top w/ additional salt & pepper or your favorite herbs & serve
