Step 1
1. Sauté onion and peppers in two tbsp olive oil until soft

5. Add the tomatoes, pepper paste, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper to taste

7. Cook on low heat for five minutes

9. Drop one egg at a time

11. Cover and let the eggs cook on medium low heat until they’re done, the amount of time depends on how you like your eggs.
