Garlic & Herb Pork Chops

Step 1
In a small bowl add 1/4 cup olive oil, rosemary & thyme leaves, 4 lightly crushed garlic cloves. Let it sit. Meantime coat the top and bottom of pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Pass the pork chops through the flour. Heat oil in pan and add the pork chops. Cook for 2 minutes per side. Cook thick sides for an extra minute. Pour rosemary garlic olive oil mixture all over the chops and cook over medium heat till pork is ready. Roughly an extra 2 to 3 minutes per side depending on thickness. Once ready turn off heat and place 1/2 tsp of garlic butter on each pork chop. Let it rest for 10 mins. Enjoy!
