Instructions
Step 1
Part boil potatoes
Step 2
Fry chorizo in oil and put aside
Step 3
When potatoes are done strain water and add chorizo and leave for 5 minutes for potatoes to soak chorizo oil up
Step 4
Put potatoes in a baking dish and cover with creme fraiche and put in oven for 10-15 mins
