Ingredients

4 heaped TbspPorridge Oats
Organic
‘No Sugars’ Almond Milk

walnut halves
1 TbspPumpkin Flax Chia and Sunflower seeds
I buy individual bags, mix them together and store in a tupperware box

1banana
ripe

strawberries

raspberries

blackberries

blueberries

red seedless grapes
Instructions
Step 1
Add the porridge, plant-based milk and finely-chopped banana to a saucepan and cook slowly on the hob, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Wash the desired quantity of berries and put them in a cereal bowl.
Step 3
Break the walnuts into a further cereal bowl and add the seed mix.
Step 4
When the porridge is cooked, add it to the nut/seed bowl and stir well.
