Instructions

Step 1
Boil the cabbage(be sure to cut off the end first) keep turning it while carefully removing layers as they get soft. Run the layers under cold water and drain.
Step 2
While the cabbage is boiling prepare the meat mixture. Pour a light layer of tomatoes in the Pressure Cooker.
Step 3
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, be careful not to mix too much. Using the mixture form meatballs of various sizes for stuffing the cabbage leaves.
Step 4
After wrapping meatballs with the cabbage leaves place them in the crock pot. After each layer of rolls that are put in pour some sauce in.
Step 5
After all rolls are in pour in leftover sauce. Cook for 8 hours on low heat or 4 hours on high heat. If it doesn't finish put it on the meat setting.
