Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together by hand.

2. Form into golf ball size meatballs and place on a baking sheet.

3. Flash freeze on baking sheet and then place in a gallon size zip-top bag. Label and return to freezer.

4. When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
Step 5
5. Serve alone or in your favorite pasta sauce with spaghetti or as meatball subs.
Step 6
Note: Follow baking directions if you prefer to cook meatballs before freezing.
Place on rack in baking sheet to drain fat.
