Instructions

Step 1
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
Step 2
Crumble bacon; set aside.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar and blue cheese.
Step 4
Place 1 lettuce wedge on each of 6 plates.
Step 5
Arrange chicken, apple, onion and walnuts around each wedge.
Step 6
Drizzle with blue cheese dressing; sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
