Ingredients
4 servings
1.5 lbsground meat
1egg
1 ozonions
chopped
1carrot
grated
1 ribcelery
chopped
pepper
salt
½ cupItalian bread crumbs in milk
Can tomato soup
¼ tspparsley
Instructions
Step 1
Grate carrot, chop celery fine, add to ground meat
Step 2
Generously pepper, lightly salt.
Step 3
Add breadcrumbs last
Step 4
Add parsley
Step 5
Start to combine into a round or oval shape.
Step 6
Add a few drops of milk as needed to make mixture adhere to each other.
Step 7
Place in skillet
Step 8
Mix in a bowl one can tomato soup and 2 cans of water and pour over meatloaf.
Step 9
Put in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
