Step 1
Brown chicken thigh fillets on each side until golden
Step 2
Add chicken broth and ginger. Bring to simmer and then turn down heat to medium to cook chicken for 7-10 minutes

Once chicken. Is cooked remove chicken and tear it up
Step 4
Combine corn starch, pepper, tumeric, salt and 3 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Whisk until cornstarch is completely dissolved
Step 5
Pour mixture in soup and mix well. Add more cornstarch if not thick enough
Step 6
Bring soup to simmer and then drizzle egg in. Allow egg to set for a few seconds before breaking up with spoon
Step 7
Drizzle sesame oil and mix it in
