Instructions
Step 1
Preheat to 425ºF. Spray 15x10-inch jelly-roll pan with PAM.
Step 2
Remove stems from mushrooms; set caps aside.
Step 3
Spray large skillet with PAM®. Cook stems and onion over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until onion is tender; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Place mushroom caps, stem-side down, in 15x10-inch jelly-roll pan; spray with PAM® for 5 seconds. Turn caps; spray again for 3 seconds. Fill caps with stuffing.
Step 5
Bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
