Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2
Mix the first 7 ingredients together and spread evenly in a 9 X 11 Casserole Dish
Step 3
Roll out the pie crust to cover the casserole dish. Carefully lay the pie crust over the casserole dish so the edges of the pie crust meets the dish. Cut three thin slits in the top to allow steam to vent
Step 4
Bake 50 minutes in a preheated oven (until bubbly)
