Instructions
Step 1
Add the sugar and yeast to the water and stir. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Add the water to the flour and mix with a spoon. Once too dry to mix with spoon, add the oil and use your hands to mix it together.

Let it rest for 5 minutes. Then knead for 5 minutes and leave aside in a warm and dry place under cling film for 30-40 minutes.

Sprinkle some flour on a clean, dry counter top and divide the dough into 3 even sections.

Roll into 3 separate balls and place on oven safe tray.

Set the oven to 240 degrees Celcius and let the dough rest while oven heats. Add to the oven for 15 minutes then reduce to 200 degrees for another 10.
