Super Soft Kamut Sandwich Bread

The best super soft, easy and healthy sandwich bread. I get my all purpose kamut flour from the food nanny website. Makes 1 large loaf.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix warm water and yeast together. Add honey and stir. Add flour and salt and oil. Stir together.
Step 2
Mix in mixer for about 5 minutes or till it passes the window pane test.
Step 3
Cover and let double in size about an hour or so.
Step 4
Punch down, roll into a loaf and place in greased loaf pan. Let rise till abt an inch over rim.
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove and butter top. Remove from pan and allow to cool.
Step 7
Store in a plastic bag on counter.
