Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according package instructions.
Chickpea curry
Step 2
Dice the onion, mince the garlic and remove the stems from the spinach leaves.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium high and add the onion. Fry for about 2min until translucent ans slightly brown.
Step 4
Add the chickpeas, garlic and seasoning and fry for another 2min.
Step 5
Now add the curry paste and mix until well combined.
Step 6
Finally add the coconut milk and mix well.
Step 7
In a small bowl, mix the corn starch with the water. Add it to the curry while stirring.
Step 8
Add the spinach and let it shrink in size completely. Reduce the heat to medium and let the curry cook for about 10min.
Wrap
Step 9
Top the front center with half the rice and curry.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
