Step 1
Heat oil. Cook onion and garlic, 5 mins. Add rice, chilli flakes, paprika, cook for 1 min. Add stock, tomatoes, bring to boil. Simmer 10 mins, stirring. Add peas, pepper, chickpeas, cook 10 mins or until chickpeas cooked through. Squeeze lemon juice, as parsley if using.
