Instructions
Step 1
place the oats in a blender and whizz into a fine powder
Step 2
add the oat flour into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients
Step 3
stir to combine and let sit for 10 mins
Step 4
heat large pan over medium heat
Step 5
add 1-2 tbsp pancake batter to pan
Step 6
allow to cook for 1-2 mins on each side
Step 7
serve pancakes with more yogurt and fresh berries
