Instructions

Step 1
Crumble the weetabix in your hand and into a bowl/container.
Step 2
Add a splash of milk and mix.
Step 3
Flatten down the mixture with the back of a spoon.
Step 4
Get your choice of yoghurt, tip it over your weetabix and smooth it out.
Step 5
Melt a tablespoon of lemon curd (or your favourite jam) and drizzle it over your cheesecake for extra flavour!
Step 6
Either eat your cheesecake straightaway or place it in the fridge overnight to set.
