Instructions

Step 1
Soak rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes till very al dente
Step 2
On medium heat, fry garlic and shallots. Add noodles with just enough water to soften them. Toss with soy sauce. Move to side if doing 1 serging. Move to separate bowl if doing 4 servings.
Step 3
On high heat, fry the pork and tofu. Mix with noodles.
Step 4
Break egg into pan and scramble in thin layer still set. Mix with noodles
Step 5
Toss with sauce, half the green onion and half the bean sprouts
Step 6
Top of ground peanuts, bean sprouts, green onion, lime
