Step 1
Soak oats in water overnight, or cook. Drain excess water.
Step 2
Mix together all but the ginger. Make 20 little plops on a cookie sheet (about a tablespoon). Sprinkle ginger on top.
Step 3
Bake at 350 for 17 minutes.
