Instructions
Step 1
In large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, onion and salt. Let sit 30 minutes. (This step helps release liquid from cucumbers and onion.) Rinse with water; allow to drain in colander 10 minutes.





Step 2
Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, whisk mayonnaise, garlic, dill weed, pepper, lemon zest and juice. Add cucumbers and onion, tossing to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.







Step 3
Garnish with fresh dill and enjoy, refrigerating any leftovers.
