Step 1
Cook andoullie sausage. Saute onion and peppers until tender. Beat eggs and milk in a large bowl. Stir in hash browns, cheese, salt, pepper, onion, peppers and sausage. Bake in a greased 13x9x12 inch baking dish uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
