Instructions

Step 1
Add shrimp, green onion and The Fit Cook low sodium cajun seasoning to a food processor and pulse blend. It should be a chunky, sticky mixture.
Step 2
Fold in the lump crab meat and add the panko and mix well together. Form equal sized patties (about 8 sliders) or 4 large burgers.
Step 3
Cook on the stovetop in a nonstick skillet or on the grill, about 3 - 5 minutes on each side for sliders, or 6 - 8 minutes on each side for regular size patties.
