Instructions
Step 1
Saute brown onion until translucent
Step 2
Add chicken along with ginger garlic paste, paprika and salt
Step 3
Once half cooked add half the harissa paste
Step 4
Once chicken is cooked add the veg along with the rest of the harissa
Step 5
Add the stock and couscous to the pan and cook covered on low for 5 mins
Step 6
Add spring onions and coriander
