Instructions
Step 1
Hard boil egg. Slice onion and soak for 5 minutes. Slice cucumber into strips. Set aside for garnish.
Step 2
Mix sugar, gochujang paste, vinegar, sesame oil and 1/3 seasoning packet into bowl. Meanwhile, boil water and cook ramyun noodles for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Once drained, mix into bowl with sauce. Top with sliced garnishes and sesame seeds.
