Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken breast into mini fillets and rub each with chicken seasoning
Step 2
Fry chicken until completely cooked and a little crispy on the outside
Step 3
While the chicken is frying, toast a bagel and fry an egg.
Step 4
Assemble bagel by spreading with Perinnaise sauce, cooked chicken on top, a slice of cheese to melt followed by an egg and the top of the bagel.
