These are how I make my roast potatoes

Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes and cut into large pieces

Step 2
Boil in salted water for 20 mins until the edges of the potatoes are starting to break apart
Step 3
Drain potatoes and allow to steam dry
Step 4
Put a generous amount of sunflower oil and 2 tablespoons of butter into an oven tray. Heat in oven at 180 for 20 mins.

Step 5
Put potatoes into tray and baste with the oil butter mix. Add in the garlic cloves and rosemary.
Step 6
Cook at 180 for 30 mins

Step 7
After 30 mins take out of the oven flip the potatoes and baste again. Cook for a further 30 mins until golden and crisp.
