1 bagfrozen diced potatoes and onions

0.5 cannacho cheese
4eggs
½ cupshredded cheddar cheese
sour cream

Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet, cook a full package of bacon
Step 2
Once cooked, remove the bacon and leave the bacon grease in your skillet
Step 3
Add a full bag of frozen potatoes and onions
Step 4
Stir and season to taste
Step 5
Once potatoes are cooked, add nacho cheese
Step 6
Mix until fully combined
Step 7
Create 4 holes in the skillet mixture to add your eggs
Step 8
Crack eggs and cook to cover
Step 9
Once eggs are white and cooked, uncover and add shredded cheese and sour cream
Step 10
Serve and enjoy!
