Baked lamb

In bolw add :
- melted butter
-fresh garlic
- parsley
-Black pepper
-salt
- ingredient for lamb or any meat (BBQ, steak)
-beer 200ml
Mix everything in the bowl.
Wash it good under the sink 2kg Lamb joint.
Put the lamb in baking tray and put the all mixed ingredients over the lamb massage the lamb with the mixed ingredients then wrap the baking tray with the lamp in foil and bake it for 3h on slow oven 160°
After 3h remove the foil and put the fresh potatoes and carrots in the baking tray with little bit watter and bake it for 30-40min more without the foil. And enjoy!
For the salad :
In other bowl cut cucumbers, lettuce and radish mix it with sunflower oil or olive oil and salt. And enjoy!
Rice with mushrooms :
Fry in pan green onion with sunflower oil or butter
After onion in done add the rice. The rice need to fry until became gold color.
After the rice is done add the mushrooms, salt wait until they are soft and add water to boil. When everything is boiled and done enjoy it!
