Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onion, fry for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add garlic to the pan and fry for a further 3 minutes.
Step 3
Stir the lentils into the pan and then add passata, tomato purée and herbs. Stir and place the lid on the pan.
Step 4
Simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes until the lentils are tender.
Step 5
Leave the lentil bolognese to cool.
Step 6
Spoon the lentil mixture onto the wraps and sprinkle some parmesan on. Add some fresh basil if liked.
Step 7
Roll up the wraps and slice then into pinwheels. Secure with a cocktail stick until ready to serve.
