Step 1
Slice onion and saute in oil until just browning. Add minced garlic and diced chili
Step 2
Cook down for another minute and then add beans and their brine.
Add stock, bring to a boil and then let simmer until thick, for 5-10 mins.
Step 3
Add spinach, lemon juice, pepper (and additional salt if needed)
