1 loafbrioche bread
6eggs
2 cupsmilk
1 Tbspvanilla extract
3 Tbsplight brown sugar
1 tspcinnamon
½ tspsalt
maple syrup

Topping
Instructions
Step 1
Cut bread into bite size cubes.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together except for bread and toppings.
Step 3
Combine all topping ingredients
Step 4
Portion bread mixture into muffin pan and top with topping mixture.
Step 5
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
