Instructions

Step 1
Mix together mustard and balsamic in a small bowl.
Step 2
Drizzle in olive oil and whisk to combine.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Cut grapes in half.
Step 5
In a large bowl, add arugula, chicken, grapes, golden raisins, sliced almonds and blue cheese.
Step 6
Toss with dressing and serve with more salt and pepper to taste.
