Instructions
Step 1
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
Step 2
Add the eggs 1 at a time whisking each one into the butter and sugar mixture
Step 3
Weigh the flour and add half at a time mixing well
Step 4
Line 2 cake tins with baking paper then pour the mixture between both tins


Step 5
Place in the oven 180c for 20-30 mins until golden brown on top and cooked in the middle making sure you check with a thin knife and it comes out clean
