mix with 4 tablespoon of water
16 ozsilken tofu
julienned
2eggs
beaten
Sweet and Sour Sauce
1 tablespoonblack rice vinegar
1 tablespoonlight soy sauce
½ teaspoonground white pepper
½ tspSichuan peppercorns
½ teaspoonsesame oil
2 Tbsprice wine vinegar
2 Tbspchili garlic sauce
½ tspginger
1clove garlic
minced

Instructions
Step 1
In a wok or large pot, bring the stock (or water) to a full boil. Add the marinated pork.
Step 2
When the soup starts bubbling again, lower the heat to a simmer and add hot and sour sauce ingredients
Step 3
Once the soup has returned to a gentle simmer, mix cornstarch and water very well and slowly pour the slurry into the soup. Stir with a spoon/ladle
Step 4
Once the soup becomes thick, gently slide in the tofu. Slowly pour in the egg in a circular motion
Step 5
Adjust seasoning to taste and garnish
