Instructions

Step 1
Brown meat - drain fat after cooked. Turn off heat.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients into meat mixture and season for your taste.
Step 3
Fill spring roll skins - approximately 1 tbsp per roll (Should make about 20).
Step 4
Deep fry until golden brown (Leftovers can be frozen. When ready to eat frozen egg rolls, thaw & then bake at 350 until heated thru.)
Step 5
Enjoy with chili sauce or soy sauce.
