Step 1
Fry the minced garlic & set aside the garlic crisps and garlic oil.
Step 2
Soak tung choy in water for 15 minutes, rinsed twice and chop Into smaller pieces.

Mix minced pork with tung choy and seasoning ingredients and set aside for 15 minutes.

Step 4
Place seasoned meat on dish, spread out and level meat gently with the back of metal spoon. Try to make it 1cm thickness. Drizzle the garlic oil over the top of meat.
Step 5
Steam over rapidly boiling water for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 6
Garnish with garlic crisps & chopped spring onion.
Step 7
Alternatively, steam the minced pork on top of rice in the rice cooker.
