Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°.
Step 2
Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Melt 1 tbsp butter in iron skillet over med/high heat. Add chicken sprinkle with salt & thyme. Cook & stir one minute.
Step 3
Reduce to med-low heat. Stir in vegeys, soup and wine. Simmer 5 minutes.
Step 4
Unwrap 1 pie crust. Using small cookie cutter make several cut outs in dough. Place over chicken mix.
Step 5
Melt remaining butter. Brush dough with butter. Make 12 minutes.
Step 6
Turn oven to broil. Broil 4-5 minutes. Cut off oven. Leave Pie in oven for 2 more minutes or until crust is golden and chicken is bubbly.
