Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450

Slice zucchini into 1/2 inch slices

In large bowl toss zucchini with olive oil, salt pepper and garlic powder

Arrange on baking sheet, top with grated parmesan cheese and bake for 5 minutes
Step 5
Next broil the zucchini for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is golden brown
Step 6
