Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven to 180C
OvenPreheat

grab a large bowl and mash bananas
Step 3
add your eggs, vanilla, oil and maple syrup
Step 4
whisk that together and add;
almond flour, tapioca starch, oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
Step 5
fold that together with a spatula and add your chocolate chips (optional)
Step 6
line a bread tin in parchment paper and bake at 180C for 45 - 55 minutes
Step 7
and you’re done :)
