Step 1
Mix beef, oats, egg, salt, pepper, and dill weed. Form beef mixture into balls. Cook in hot oil till browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and drain off the remaining oil.
Step 2
Return the meatballs to the skillet and add the water, bullion cube and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and additional dill weed and heat through.
