Instructions

Step 1
1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Cut up the butter into smaller pieces and spread out on top of the chicken, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning mix. Cover and set on low for 8 hours.

2. When chicken is done, soften and whisk together the cream cheese and soup. Remove the chicken from the crockpot.

3. Add cream mixture to butter and seasonings in the crockpot and whisk until combined. If it is too thick, add milk a little at a time.

4. Place the chicken back in the crockpot and cover it with the sauce. Generously sprinkle parmesan over the top. Cover and set the crockpot to warm for another hour.
