Slaw
Step 1
Toss red cabbage, carrots, 2 TBSP mayonnaise, 1T vinegar, 1t blackening spice, juice of half lime, & 1t sugar in med. bowl. Season with salt/pepper.
Shrimp
Step 2
In med. bowl, toss shrimp with cornstarch, remaining blackening spice, & pinch salt/pepper.
Step 3
Heat lg. drizzle of oil in lg. pan over high. Add shrimp; cook (2 min. per side) until opaque in center, golden, & crusty on outside.
Step 4
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave (30 sec.) on high.
Step 5
Fill each tortilla with sour cream, slaw, shrimp, & cilantro leaves. Squeeze lime juice over each & serve
