Peri Peri Shrimp Fajita Tacos

Step 1
1. Peel, clean and devein your shrimp.

2. Season to taste with @spicelopedia Peri Peri Chicken seasoning and paprika

3. In skillet over medium high heat, add butter and olive oil to the skillet and sear the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side.

4. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
Step 5
5. Add sliced onions, shallots, garlic and peppers to the skillet and add more @spicelopedia seasoning to the veggies.
Step 6
6. Once the veggies are slightly tender, add the shrimp back to the skillet and add honey and lemon juice and toss well.
Step 7
7. Add shrimp fajitas to warm flour tortillas and top with avocado salsa and cilantro lime crema.
