Crust for quiche

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°

Stir crust ingredients together except for water.
Step 3
Gradually add the water until the mixture sticks together. You may need to add more water.

Form into a ball.
Step 5
Place ball in 9 inch pie tin. Flat down to the shape of the pie tin going up the sides 2/3 of the way. Then scallop at the top with your finger.
Step 6
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Then remove crust from the oven and let cool.
Step 7
Then add the filling for the quiche. Bake in oven on 375° for 30 to 40 minutes until the top of the quiche is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
