Instructions

Step 1
Dissolve sugar in warm water and add yeast to bloom.
Step 2
Beat eggs and put aside to warm to room temperature.
Step 3
Make sure butter is softened.
Step 4
Measure dry ingredients in bowl.
Step 5
Add eggs, butter, & yeast mixture. Beat until combined & knead by hand or mixer for 6-8 minutes to develop gluten.
Step 6
Dough will be wet, but extra moisture will be absorbed after 6-8 minutes of kneading. If so wet, knead a couple more minutes until able to handle.
Step 7
Shape dough & put in bread pan. Let rise for 2 hours until double in size.
Step 8
Bake in 375 degrees oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove from pan & let cool completely before slicing.
