Step 1
Cook and chill orzo (or Quinoa)
Step 2
(While orzo is cooking, cook shrimp according to instructions.) -optional
Step 3
Blend garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and sugar in food processor
Step 4
Cut up cherry tomatoes, olives, green onions, and cucumber.
Step 5
Combine orzo, shrimp, toppings, and dressing in bowl and toss.
