Instructions
Step 1
Pat the chicken dry. Cut into bite size like popcorn chicken. Coat it with a thin layer of all purpose flour
Step 2
In a big frying pan, add 2 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, after 1 side is brown, turn it and brown the other side.
Step 3
In the meantime, mix all ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl
Step 4
When the chicken is ready, add sauce, mix well and cook for about 1 minute until thickened
Step 5
Eat with rice and steamed broccoli
